The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday filed chargesheet in the case relating to hoisting of Khalistani flag at Deputy Commissioner Office Complex, Moga, Punjab by Cadres of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ)) before NIA Special Judge, Mohali, Punjab under various Indian Penal Code sections and provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act besides Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971 against six accused persons.
