A Division Bench of the Calcutta HC on Tuesday ordered a CBI investigation into the alleged attack on the convoy of Union Home Minister of State for Home Affairs Nishit Pramanik.
Pramanik's convoy was attacked allegedly by TMC supporters at Dinhata in Coochbehar district when he went there on February 25 to attend a political programme.
