There was a conspiracy incite caste-based riots in the State under the cover of Hathras case. On the disclosure of PFI funding, unknown media persons and associated social media people have been booked in Chandpa police station in 20 serious sections. This lawsuit also mentions the audiotape in which the conversation of tricking the daughters' brother was made public.
They are booked under section 109, 120B, 124A, 153A, 153A1, 153A1A, 153A1B, 153A1C, 153B, 195, 195A, 465, 468, 469, 501, 505/1, 501 / 1B, 505 / 1C, 505/2 and 67 IT Act in Chandpa police station. It has been mentioned in the case that some anarchic elements are trying to take advantage by hatching a criminal conspiracy and spoiling the image of the government and distorting the peace in the state.
In the same case, it was mentioned that they are threatening, tricking, and provoking the victim's family to change their statements and offered Rs 50 lakh for this misrepresentation.
They are also tried to break the law and order of Hathras by making a statement against the government and forced them to change the statement made earlier. An alleged journalist even called the brother on phone to get the father's byte that he was not satisfied with the government's action, while the father and family publicly gave a statement of being satisfied with the action.
It is alleged in the lawsuit that despite the confirmation of the gang rape investigation, it was said in the media that the investigation has tampered.
Apart from this, the audio of a leader went viral in which he told the woman relative of the victim that she should pressurize the family that they don’t need compensation and return we will give you 50 lakhs instead. Apart from this, posts like hurting racial sentiments were put up on social media to protest against the government. A false controversial post was posted with the photo of the Chief Minister. false statements were made about DM Hathras that he too can be compensated. Efforts are being made to incite riots through such rhetoric and social media posts and the antics of some journalists and efforts are being made to tarnish the image of the government.
Piyush Mordia IG Range told that a case has been filed against those unknown people at the Chandpa police station who are doing work to incite caste sentiments and action will be taken against those who come forward in its favor.
Who can be involved in it?
The agencies are working on all the questions after the evidence of PFI's entry in the Hathras case and the conspiracy to incite caste-based riots was revealed at its behest. The investigation is going on for possible names of riot igniter. ADG zone, Ajay Anand and IG Range Piyush Mordiya himself is investigating these questions. The movement of people has started since the death of the girl in Hathras. The media has also reached there the same night. There is an input that in the guise of media, some outsiders have trying to enter the village. People from many non-Hindi language states have also reached there, the input of all these is with the Local Intelligence Unit, they are investigating the possible people who can provoke family and villagers.
