As the air resonates with the tales and tribulations of God Ram revered by millions of Indians across the country, an array of theatrical performances are being held in the Capital in a vibrant celebration of mythology and tradition with the consecration ceremony being held at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22.

Also, a three-day Ramlila at Pyarelal Auditorium at ITO is being organized by the Delhi Government. The second day i.e. on Sunday the play was witnessed by a packed hall of the Delhiites and City Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his entire cabinet and MLAs. Entire auditorium was packed prompting people to watch Ramleela on LED screens outside the venue. The Ramlila was staged by the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra.  The play will culminate on January 22, coinciding with the Pran Pratistha ceremony at Ayodhya on January 22.

However, the euphoria will continue even after the D day. For instance, theatre production company, Felicity Theatre, is presenting “Humare Ram,” a theatrical extravaganza of epic proportions from  January 25th at Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi. It will run for seven shows, concluding on January 28th.

This ensemble also features accomplished artists from the world of theatre.”Elevating the auditory experience, playback maestros Kailash Kher, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sonu Nigam have contributed their voices to original compositions crafted exclusively for the show.

“This grand theatrical experience promises extraordinary performances, powerful dialogues, soul-stirring music, vibrant choreography, exquisite costumes, and state-of-the-art lights and special effects,” said Gaurav Bharrdwaj.
