Alleging that Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has misled people on suspension of SDM Durga Shakti Nagpal, the BSP demanded resignation of the Chief Minister saying the action against the bureaucrat was politically motivated.
“The version of SP leader Narendra Bhati claiming that he was instrumental in the suspension of the IAS as she did not hear his request not to prosecute his aide caught in illegal sand mining was ignored and CM blamed SDM for illegally razing the boundary wall of the mosque,” leader of the Opposition in the State Assembly and BSP general secretary Swami Prasad Maurya told reporters here on Friday.
