BSES launches new mobile app

Making it easier for Delhi residents to lodge complaints of disruption in power supply, BSES has launched a new app that aims to bring quality customer service at the fingertips of their customers.

“Consumers of BSES Rajdhani Power limited (BRPl) and BSES Yamuna Power limited (BYPl) need not call the discoms 24 x 7 call centre numbers to register their ‘No Supply’ complaints. They can register simply by accessing BSES’ newly launched and user friendly Mobile App from their smart phones,” said a BSES spokesperson.

Apart from complaints related to no supply, BSES consumers can also easily register their complaints related to streetlights and emergency (fire and shock) through the mobile app named ‘BSES App’.

A BSES spokesperson said that while the app is currently available only for the Android phones, it will soon be launched for other mobile platforms as well. “It is a major consumer-centric initiative launched this summer. We have provided one more access point to our esteemed consumers to connect with us. It will help further enhance our consumer services,” said the spokesperson while launching the app.
