We are coming out with our manifesto after having taken cognisance of the wish-list of Mumbaikars," Shelar said. Among other things, the BJP has, in its manifesto, also promised five more civic medical colleges, fee concessions for poor students in municipal schools, declaration of incomes of corporators, municipal officials and civic contracrtors every year, allocation of money for building public toilets for women under "Right to Pee" scheme and invocation of MCOCA against BMC persons involved in corruption.
