The members of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) have demanded verification of the migrants from other parts of Uttarakhand and other States living in rural areas of Haldwani’s lamachaur, Kathghariya, Fatehpur, Paniyali, Bachinagar to name a few places.
Handing over a memorandum to the Nainital district police’s lamachaur check post in charge here on Sunday, a delegation of the BJYM members led by Pradeep Sailal, said that a huge number of people from other places are living in different parts of the rural areas of Haldwani and its adjacent areas without their police verification.
Non verification of the people from outside in such large number has also come as a cause of concern as far as peace and security of these areas is concerned. Rs
