The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified preparations for its ‘Save Democracy, Drive Out Mobocracy’ programme scheduled to be held at Morabadi Ground in Ranchi on November 2. The party has set a target of mobilising around 10,000 people for the event.

A meeting of the Jharkhand BJP Yuva Morcha was held at the party’s metropolitan office in Ranchi on Wednesday to discuss preparations and strategies for ensuring maximum participation.

During the meeting, workers were instructed to step up public outreach and inform people about the programme. The Yuva Morcha and the BJP’s metropolitan unit have been assigned responsibilities to mobilise party workers and members of the public.

The meeting also reviewed organisational preparations, with an emphasis on coordination among workers and efforts to ensure a large turnout at Morabadi Ground.

The programme is being organised as part of the BJP’s ‘Save Democracy’ campaign. According to the party, the initiative aims to raise awareness about democratic values and oppose what it describes as mobocracy.

Party leaders called on workers to actively participate in the preparations and work towards making the November 2 event a success. The planned gathering is expected to bring together party workers and supporters from Ranchi and surrounding areas.
