The Opposition BSP and BJP stalled the proceedings of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly over law and order situation and the Moradabad incidents in the state forcing Speaker to adjourn the House for over an hour in the morning suspending the question hour.
The BSP members sat on dharna in State Assembly even before the House assembled at 11 am They started raising slogans against the government when the Speaker began the proceedings of the House. It was a piquant situation as BSP members were inside the well of the House while BJP members stood on their seats rising anti-Government slogans.
