The top brass of the Udhampur-based Northern Command headquarters led by Lt-Gen Upendra Dwivedi has adopted a new strategy for the year 2024 aimed at eradicating the roots of terrorism from the frontier districts of Rajouri and Poonch thereby defeating the inimical designs of adversary and sponsored terrorists.
