The Supreme Court on Friday fixed February 19 to hear the black money petition by the Centre challenging an earlier decision of the Court to set up a special investigation team to recover black money.
Noted lawyer Ram Jethmalani, who filed the petition three years ago had secured a landmark decision from the apex court, which even directed the Centre to reveal the account holders in liechtenstein Bank, after Germany shared the details with the UPA Government.
