Terming a Great Pride of the State, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is honouring Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on his first visit on Saturday in Secretariat located in Amaravati. Governor NSl Narasimhan, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Ministers would receive the Vice-President at Gannavaram Airport and will bring him to the Secretariat in a big rally in a open top vehicle in which the Governor and the Chief Minister will also be stand along with the Vice-President.
The pylon of the Housing Scheme funding by the Centre would be inaugurated by the Vice-President. In his earlier capacity as Urban Development, Venkaiah Naidu has sanctioned 2.25 lakhs of houses under Pradhana Mantri Avas Yojana (PMSY). In felicitation function, Opposition Party leaders, MlAs, MlCs, Elite people of the State, Industrialists and others will be participate, State's Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas told. After felicitation, Vice President would go to Tenali and Nellore to participate few other programs, he informed.
