BJP chief Amit Shah has said the Congress is engaging in false show of jubilation over the Supreme court's decision to declare right to privacy as fundamental right.
"Those waxing eloquent on privacy architecture are responsible for India not having robust privacy law for decades," he said.
Shah welcomed the SC verdict saying it strengthened fundamental rights, personal liberty.
