Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday addressed six elections meetings in districts of Agra division and canvassed for the support for the party candidates.
In all the meetings Akhilesh Yadav explained the nitty gritty of the alliance of his party with the Congress. He said earlier the cycle (election symbol of SP) was alone now it has the support of the ‘Hand ‘ (election symbol of congress) and the people can imagine that this alliance is all set to sweep the elections.
Akhilesh reminded the people about the political significance of the present state assembly election. `` Though it’s the assembly election for electing the state government, this election will determine the political future of India and also the outcome of the next lok Sabha elections in 2019’’.
“Earlier there was some confusion over the success of the SP candidates. After the alliance with the Congress there is no confusion at any level as the votes of the SP will only increase’’, said Akhilesh Yadav.
