In second phase, more districts will be covered after opening CIC, the communiqué added.

In a meeting chaired by Principal Secretary (Home) Dewasheesh Panda, here on Friday, the officers were directed to formulate a policy that how quick relief could be forwarded to victims so that proper rehabilitation could be ensured.

Earlier, it was also decided to formulate a new law on verification for placement agency for domestic help, or agencies dealing with migrated labour and workers. To train the officials dealing in the human trafficking, a ‘Standard Operational Procedure’ will be formulated and regular training programme will be organised.
