Pushed to the wall over the alleged hate speech by senior BJP leaders, including a Union Minister in Agra, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said that no one would be spared and promised police action against the leaders.
“Police has details of the incident including recording of the meeting in which inflammatory speech was given. Action would be taken against the guilty. No one would be spared,” Yadav said.
In a condolence meeting held early this week in Agra to condole killing of Arun Mahaur, a VHP functionary, Union Minister Ram Shankar Katheria and BJP MP Babu lal were claimed to have delivered inflammatory speech.
