They held a meeting to explore avenues for strategic collaboration in the run-up to the World Biogas Association India Congress scheduled for Dec 3-4, 2025. The discussions focused on strengthening policy advocacy for Biofuels/ Biogas/ CBG in India, with both appreciating the urgent need to accelerate clean energy solutions and create an enabling ecosystem for sustainable Waste-to-Energy (WTE) initiatives for India. Dr Monga highlighted the importance of a unified stakeholder engagement, while Priyadarshi emphasised evidence-based policy inputs and research-driven interventions. Both parties expressed strong interest in partnering on thought leadership, knowledge exchange, and policy dialogues aimed at advancing India’s CBG/ Biogas sector. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to develop a coordinated approach leading up to the WBA India Congress this year.
