In the continuing probe into the massive drug bust, the Hyderabad Police arrested Rony, secretary of popular film actress Kajal Agarwal, on Monday and handed him over to the Prohibition and Excise Department. A group of policemen raided his residence and found ganja from his possession. Police said the raids were carried out on the information that he was using drugs for a long time.
Earlier, Ronnie had worked for other leading actresses Raasi Khanna and lavanya. The arrest was made on a day when another Tollywood actress Charmee has gone to the court challenging the methods adopted by the P&E department in questioning the film celebrities. She alleged that the collection of blood samples and hairs from the film personalities appearing before the SIT was illegal.
