Minister for Minorities Affairs Dr Najma Heptullah has announced the setting up of a national level skill development academy called Maulana Azad National Academy for Skills (MANAS) in order to boost skill development and provide employment opportunities for the minority communities.
Heptullah was speaking at the annual conference of State channelising agencies (SCAs) of National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC) in Delhi on Wednesday.
