Raising the fresh questions about the killing of five youth including Mohammed Viqaruddin, a court in Hyderabad has acquitted three of his associates in a 2009 murder case. The Counter Intelligence Cell of Hyderabad police had chargesheeted the three accused Riyaz Khan, Mohammed Abdul Sayeed and Vindo Kumar Sahu for the alleged murder of a home guard K Balaswamy in Falaknuma area on December 6, 2009.
Second Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Radha Krishna Murthy has acquitted all the three accused because of lack of evidence.
