A Bench headed by Justice Kurian Joseph issued notice on the petition by victim’s father seeking probe by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The petition pointed out several lapses in the investigation conducted by Haryana police that failed to see the incident as a “sinister one-sided hate attack” against his son. He was returning home after shopping in Delhi on the occasion of Eid.
