Warangal: Former Congress MP Sircilla Rajaiah, his wife and son were arrested tonight following their sustained grilling by police in connection with the death of his daughter-in-law and three grandsons at his residence here yesterday.
Fraud case registered against IAS officer
New Delhi: West District police has registered a case of cheating against an IAS officer in Janakpuri on Thursday night. The officer allegedly duped a job seeker and took money from him. The victim of the fraud, Pratap Singh, allegedly reported the police about his ordeal that was going since sometime, said DCP (West) Pushpendra Kumar.
2 drug traffickers held, heroin worth Rs2 cr seized
New Delhi: The Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested two alleged inter-state drug traffickers and seized heroin worth around Rs two crore in the international market, Delhi Police said on Thursday. The two have been identified as Firozuddin alias Bittu and Shaju.
