Woman delivers baby in e-rickshaw
New Delhi: In an alleged case of apathy and poor health care treatment in Delhi Government hospitals, a 35-year-old woman delivered a baby in an e-rickshaw outside a State-run Government hospital in Narela. The incident occurred on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday when the woman was rushed to the hospital in an e-rickshaw. The family of the woman alleged that they went to a doctor who asked them to approach another doctor and finally no aid was given to the pregnant lady. All this took half-an-hour during which the woman had delivered the baby.
