Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan-starrer Udta Teer has crossed Rs 50 crore in worldwide gross collections after eight days in theatres, according to box-office estimates.

The spy comedy entered its second week with an improvement in its domestic performance. The film earned an estimated Rs 2.85 crore net in India on Friday, registering a 26.7 per cent increase over the previous day.

Its cumulative domestic net collection has reached Rs 33.75 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 40.28 crore. Overseas markets have contributed around Rs 9.75 crore, taking the worldwide gross to Rs 50.03 crore.

The film's latest numbers indicate a rise in collections after consecutive daily declines. Its performance in the second weekend will be important in determining whether it can maintain the momentum at the box office.
