The most egregious example of Government-sanctioned discrimination came to the fore when Donald Trump removed critical online information about sex discrimination prohibition language from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights website. The Trump Administration has shown little interest in enforcing Section 1557 which relates to gender identity and abortion. While not aesthetically everyone’s cup of tea, Trump is known to be effective. But this is plain bias on a whim.
