Safety is essential to ensure the conducive situation of workers, said the Century Pulp and Paper Mill COO JP Narayan while speaking at the 43rd National Safety Week programme. He averred that the Century Mill had earned a reputation in the paper industry for healthy environment. This has been possible due to the dedicated work of its employees and prevention of accidents.
Addressing the mill employees, Narayan said that ensuring the prevention of accidents will help the mill develop more in the future. He exhorted the mill workers to be aware of the work related dangers and adopt necessary safety measures. The mill general manager HK Patra also addressed the gathering on the occasion.
