Uttarakhand Governor Dr KK Paul hoisted the National flag at Raj Bhawan and took the salute there on Tuesday morning.
He paid glowing tribute to the heroes of the freedom movement and the fathers of the Constitution on behalf of the State. He called upon all of the State to preserve the glory of the occasion and work for the progress of the State, while contributing towards development according to their individual capability.
