Former Chief Minister ND Tiwari, who is unhappy with incumbent Congress-led State Government, has appealed his supporters to wait and watch.
By issuing a press note on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Tiwari has sent enough messages among political class that upcoming time may be different from current. He also expressed thanks to people of Uttarakhand who adopted new trend in Bagwal Mela in Devidhura. He reiterated that there is need to realise the importance of Bagwal Mela and follow in day-to-day life. Talking about recent disaster, Tiwari has appealed them to be vigilant in view of inclement weather.
Before this, Tiwari had also raised question mark over the State Government’s rescue and relief work in disaster affected areas by releasing a Press note through his OSD. He also assured that he would return to Uttarakhand and participate in rehabilitation campaign. He has invited his supporters to lucknow on the occasion of his birthday on October 18, so that he would make new strategy with the consultation of them. Tiwari has alleged that he is not running well because he was given overdose of medicine. He also expressed disappointment over the State Government, who has not taken any action on his OSD Bhawani Dutt Bhat’s complaint about overdose of medicine to him so far.
Besides it Government has curtailed his perk, which Ex-chief minister is supposed to get from state. Now he has appealed his supporter to be in lucknow so that he would make new strategy and keep silence till then.
