A woman has allegedly committed suicide in Haldwani’s Ambika Vihar area after consuming some poisonous substance.The woman was identified as Prabha Bhatt, wife of late Pradeep Bhatt.Police said that Prabha’s husband Pradeep, a bank official, also died under mysterious circumstances in February this year and his body was recovered from Amritsar in Punjab.
Official sources said that the deceased who was in her thirties also made her six year old daughter, Avantika, consume some poisonous substance. However luckily, she was survived and now was admitted to a hospital for treatment.Police have started investigation into the matter.
