AAP leader and poet Kumar Vishwas rendered his compositions at a programme organised by NTPC limited at Joshimath on Tuesday night to commemorate Engineer’s Day.
Vishwas reached Joshimath during the daytime on Tuesday and first visited the Auli alipine meadow. He appreciated the natural beauty of this region.
later during the evening he addressed the gathering in the NTPC programme at the army auditorium. He said that there is a deep connection shared by Hindi, literature and arts but there is need for developing this. Taking a dig at politics he said in verse that poetry is at the top while politics is akin to a shoe but when the water rises above the head it becomes necessary to take politics in the hands. Vishwas was also heard taking a dig at his political rivals through his verses.
