The Udham Singh Nagar District Cooperative Bank Limited chairman Narendra Singh Manas contributed Rs 8.50 lakh to the CM relief fund on behalf of the bank. Further, employees of the bank have contributed a day’s salary totaling to Rs 3.15 lakh to the CM relief fund. Speaking on the occasion, Manas said that in these difficult times resulting from the spread of COVID-19, the bank stands with the chief minister.
The bank’s secretary/general manager Manohar Singh Bhandari exhorted the people to contribute their bit in any way possible in national interest. The employees association is also committed to do its bit in these efforts, he added.
