Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee president Kishore Upadhyaya left for Delhi on Thursday. According to Uttarakhand Rajya Nirman Andolankari Samman Parishad vice-chairman Dhirendra Pratap, Upadhyaya will participate in the ongoing final stage of campaigning for the Delhi University students union election. On the request of the Delhi university students union election party in-charge Oscar Fernandes, Upadhyaya has gone to Delhi to muster support of Uttarakhand’s native students for NSUI candidates.
