The battle for supremacy in the Uttarakhand Kranti Dal is continuing with both factions holding parallel meetings on Wednesday.
While the faction headed Trivendra Singh Panwar held the biennial convention of the party, the UKD chief Kashi Singh Airy addressed party office bearers and members at a meet. Both Panwar and Airy along with their followers claim to be the chief of the party while calling each other unconstitutionally elected party chief. While Panwar inaugurated the convention and addressed his followers and office bearers, the supporters of Airy talked about the activities of the Panwar faction and how to control them.
