The technical advisory committee constituted by the Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam limited (UJVNl) to give a momentum to the works of Vyasi project recently conducted a detailed review of electrical, mechanical and hydro mechanical aspects of the project. The committee gave a detailed report on various aspects of the project. The MD of UJVNl, JP Patel said that the measures suggested by the committee are very important and would be put before the Board of Directors, Central Electricity Authority and Central Water Board. The technical committee consisted of former president Central Water Board AK Bajaj, former president of NEEPCO ltd V K Abbe, former engineering head of irrigation dept UP D K Agarwal, Former executive Director NHPC ltd AK Sachdeva and former director GSI US Rawat.
