Department has been continuously keeping an eye on the affairs of distributing agencies in order to maintain the transparency in the books, claimed Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (UERC) chairman, Jag Mohan lal, while speaking to The Pioneer.
He said that the distributing, transmission and power generating agencies audits their books and also audit the procurement and other related issues with their own. Besides, the commission regularly instructions all agencies to improve their services in order to provide best services to its customers.
