In an informal interaction with the media on the sidelines of an event here on Friday, the chief minister said that in the North East and Hill States category, Uttarakhand had achieved second rank in good governance index while it had achieved the top rank for economic governance in this category.

Rawat said that the State receiving such an honour at the national level provides motivation to work even better in the interests of the state.
