A 30 year old woman and 17 years old boy committed suicide by consuming poison at Tolibhur under Vikasnagar Police Station on Wednesday.
Vikasnagar Circle Officer Swapan Kishor said that police was informed about two bodies lying in the forest area at Tolibhur on Wednesday. Police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it for post mortem. Police recovered two bottles of poisonous substance from the spot. The deceased were identified as Tolibhur residents Savitri and Mahendra Kumar. The woman was maternal aunt of the boy. Three days ago, duo had eloped from their home. Woman’s husband was working in Himachal Pradesh.
