State Finance Minister and MlA from Haldwani Assembly constituency, Indira Hridayesh, announced setting up a tube-well and an overhead tank involving `2 crore to improve drinking water services in the Nilyam colony and its adjacent areas.
Assuring the people about her untiring efforts to address their basic service-related grievances on priority basis, she said that to solve the basic service issues of the people must be on the top the priority list of the public representatives. Only then pace of development can be accelerated.
“We must work for the overall development of the people, rising above the consideration of sectarian politics. Only then we can carry forward the development of the region,” she said, reiterating that the State Government is committed to ensure overall development of the State.
She added developing Haldwani as a modern and an advanced city is her dream and she will keep working hard in this direction.
