Uttarakhand transport Minister who is also the Pauri district in- charge Minister Yashpal Arya has sanctioned Rs 66.67 crore for the execution of the district plan against the proposed expenditure of Rs 92.93 crore for the year 2018-19 during a district planning committee (DPC) meeting in Pauri on Friday. It is learnt that the sanctioned amount is Rs 6 crore more than the amount sanctioned in the previous year. However, the zila panchayat president and other members of the rural body stayed away from the DPC meeting, citing non-inclusion of the proposal sent by the zila panchayat members.
