Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna’s security personnel had to witness tough time because the CM met party workers while sitting in party general secretary Vijay Saraswat’s room, which has doors on two sides, but no latch on the doors from inside.
Their frustration could be gauged from the fact that when Chief Minister decided to meet PCC president Yashpal Arya in his cabin, security personnel ushered him into his room and closed the latch. Interestingly, they left PCC president Arya, who was busy on his mobile phone, outside his room.
Security personnel who had tried his best to control the crowd by closing both doors manually had to open the door because of power cut, which occurred between 12.05 pm.
