Rain is likely to lash places in several districts of Uttarakhand like Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh on Tuesday, said the Regional Meteorological Centre in its weather forecast issued on Monday. Besides, the high-altitude places might experience moderate snowfall, the weather officers added. Besides, there is a likelihood of ground frost forming in the hills and mist forming in the plains of the State during the morning hours on Tuesday.
