One student each from three students’ groups who were allegedly involved in scuffle among themselves on the last day of students’ union week held on Friday registered FIRs and cross-FIRs against each other in Dalanwala Police Station on Saturday.
A student named Mukesh Bisht has registered a compliant and a case under sections 147/148/323 of IPC was registered in Dalanwala police station against Dinesh Prasad alias Bantu, Nityanand Kothiyal, Vikash Negi, Shurveer Chauhan and Sandeep Kukreti who had allegedly scuffled with him and his friends. These accused had attacked them with sticks, sword and iron rod, Bisht stated.
On the other hand, over the same scuffle in the college, another student, Naresh Rana, registered a case under sections 147/148/323/504/506 of IPC against Rakesh Negi, Paras Goyal, Mukesh Bisth, Saurabh Godiyal, Sanjay Tomar and Suraj Rawal in the police station.
Another student Deepak Rawat has also registered a case under sections 147/148/323/427/504/506 of IPC against Vineet Parasad, Naresh Rana, Shurveer Chauhan, Bhagwati Prasad, Sohan Negi and Akash Gaur in the same police station.c
