The State administration reshuffled the responsibilities of various bureaucrats and officers in public interest on Friday. The Revenue Board chairman, SK Mattoo has been reappointed to the additional charges of chairman of Uttarakhand Infrastructure Development Corporation, Uttarakhand Multi-Purpose Finance Development Corporation and Minority Welfare and Wakf Development Corporation.
Principal Secretary Public Grievance, Agriculture and Agriculture Education, labour and Employment, Dairy Development and Animal Husbandry, Ranvir Singh has been relieved off the portfolio of labour and Employment and while retaining the remaining portfolios will also handle the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Sainik Kalyan. Secretary Sugarcane, Gopan (Confidential), Corruption Eradication and Public Services, General Administration, Surendra Singh Rawat has been relieved of the post of General Administration.
Secretary Prisons, Sainik Kalyan, Revenue, Disaster Management and Finance Bhaskaranand has been relieved of the post of Secretary Sainik Kalyan with his other duties remaining unchanged. Additional Secretary Agriculture and Home Manjul Kumar Joshi has been relieved of the posts of Additional Secretary Agriculture and Home and given the post of secretary in-charge Home, labour and Employment. Additional Secretary Chief Minister, Public Works Department, Chief Executive Officer Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Amit Negi has been relieved of the post of AS to Chief Minister and Public Works Department and handed over additional charge of secretary in-charge Chief Minister and PWD. He will retain his remaining portfolios.
Commissioner Sugarcane, Director Social Welfare, Women's Welfare and Minority Welfare and labour Commissioner Haldwani CMS Bisht has been relieved of all the posts and has been transferred to the post of secretary in-charge language and Census and General Administration. Secretary SC Tripathi inquiry commission, additional secretary Urban Development, Director local Bodies and Director Asian Development Bank projects PS Jangpangi has been relieved of the portfolio of Secretary SC Tripathi inquiry commission and additional secretary Urban Development and handed over the additional charge of member Revenue Board.
Additional Secretary Finance and Staff officer, Chief Secretary, MC Joshi has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary Power. Additional Secretary, Governor, Home and Minority Welfare D Senthil Pandian has been given additional charge of secretary Agriculture. Further, Director Alternative Energy and Additional Commissioner Tax Ashish Joshi has been given additional charge of SC Tripathi inquiry commission. Managing Director of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam (KMVN) Nainital, Deepak Rawat has been transferred to the post of Director Horticulture. Additional Secretary Excise Department and Social Welfare Department BR Tamta has been relieved of the post of Additional Secretary Excise Department. Secretary Uttarakhand Information Commission Vinod Kumar Suman has been transferred to the post of Commissioner Sugarcane, Director Social Welfare, Women Welfare and Minority welfare.
