Expressing grief over nature’s fury wreaking havoc in Tamil Nadu, CM Harish Rawat has instructed the Chief Secretary Shatrughan Singh on Friday to talk to his counterpart in the deluge-affected southern State. He said his State was ready to assist Tamil Nadu with its expertise gained during the rescue and relief operation in aftermath of deluge-2013. They would do everything to help the people of Tamil Nadu out of their present deluge-spawned predicament, CM asserted.
