The Uttarakhand police has offered openings in different posts in the state police service, interested candidate may submit their application forms to their respective recruitment centre till June 25, 2014.
In case of submission of application forms to more than one recruitment centre, application forms of such candidates will be cancelled, said N S Napalchyal, Superintendent of Police (SP), Bageshwar.
At the same time under this recruitment process, age limit for the post of Sub Inspector has been raised from 27 years to 28 years, added the SP, Bageshwar.
According to the recruitment schedule issued by the Uttarakhand police, applications are invited for direct recruitment in as many as 439 different police posts i.e. as many as 257 posts of Sub Inspector (regular/ civil police), 39 posts of Sub Inspector (intelligence) and 143 posts of Platoon Commander, PAC, added the officials concerned.
Eligible candidates may submit their application forms to the office of the Bageshwar district police, till 5 pm on June 25, according to sources at Bageshwar district police.
For more information candidates may approach the SP office of the district.
And more importantly, they may also get necessary information in regard to the recruitment from the police website uttarakhandpolice.uk.gov.in, added the officials concerned.
