Sixteen cases were brought before the State Minorities Commission for hearing on Monday. On the application of the member Prime Minister 15 point implementation scheme, R A Khan the officer of municipal corporation of Dehradun informed that Ajay Sharma (assistant Vaidya) is posted at the Unani Hospital located on Gandhi road.
The Commission while taking up the plea of Haridwar resident Mohammad Saeed asked the District Education Officer (DEO) to explain within next sevendays as to how the trainees of year 1998 were not given appointments in the position of assistant teacher Urdu while those of year 1997 were given appointments.
In case of senior office Assistant of District Veterinary Officer, Uttarkashi, S M Ahmed, the additional Director Animal husbandry Pauri appeared as respondent before the commission and informed that applicant is absent from his duties from last two months due to which his service record is incomplete. The applicant was not present during the hearing.
The Chairman of State Minorities Commission Narenerjeet Singh Bindra said that 14 cases were disposed off by the commission on the day.
