Following the instruction of State Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna, the State Government has issued a notification on Wednesday, in which the State Government has accepted that they would be given three assured career promotion (ACP), grade pay increased by Rs 1,400 per month.
Although grade pay increment final decision will be taken by the State before December 4, when election code of conduct come into force due to upcoming Panchayat election. Now question is being asked that State Government was agreed since beginning but protesting employee had refused to accept the assurance and had demanded that they would continue their protest unless and until receive notification from the State.
With this notification employee, who have got promotion first or second or third, will get grade pay as per the first or second or third promotion. Even State has promised that if any pay anomaly appears then State would correct as per the latest notification, which was issued by Additional chief secretary Rakesh Sharma.
