Commenting on former Chief Minister Harish Rawat's claim that he would stage dharna outside Vidhan Sabha on June 8 because State Government is not commencing session at Gairsain, State BJP president Ajay Bhatt said that BJP led State Government is committed to make Gairsain as summer capital and convening session after completing all the preparation for this. He said that whatever Ex CM Rawat has said is nothing more than political stunt before media.
Issuing a press note Bhatt reiterated that their Government is committed to make Gairsain as summer capital of the State. Although BJP does not believe in political gimmick which is why we would go ahead after creating all the necessary infrastructure there.
As you know that Congress led Uttarakhand Government had played politics with the sentiment of Gairsain people and spent millions of rupeess but could not make any solid development. Whatever building they have created at Gairsain has been declared as guest house. Even they had issued Government notification for this and construction work was in poor quality which is why building have received cracks.
Even congress regime had conducted vidhan sabha session which was mere drama. they had conducted session in temporary makeshift and government machinery were transported through helicopter and GMVN were given contract of catering but payment was made when matter was raised in the vidhan sabha. Vidhan sabha session was mere political drama and thanks to people of Uttarakhand who did not become pray of that stunt and sent Congress where it deserves.
BJP is giving full attention on the development of Gairsain and creating infrastructure as per the requirement of summer capital and once it completed then we would convene session there and would start operation at par with capital.
Ex CM Rawat is saying that BJP led state govenrment is disdaining people of gairsain, during congress regime chief minsiter and state assembly speaker had made mockery of the vidhan sabha. due to this it has been written in black letter and there is not match between Ex CM Rawat and their party. It is already proven that congress makes bridge on false pillar while BJP believes in creating giant pillar to make bridge. He appealed to the congress leader to have some patience and everything will come out. He reiterated that BJP has adopted zero tolerence on corruption and will follow in future as well
