The Uttarkhand High Court has categorically asked the State to constitute Special Investigation Team (SIT) to ivestigate the forest land purchase case against the incumbent State police DGP BS SIdhu.
However, the State Government has not taken any action in this regard but, the police has taken cognisance on it and have even suspended the SI.
Even they are planning to put him behind the bar. To justify their act, Police says that police manual does not empower any police official to have press conference against their senior.
